We're recruiting on behalf of a client based in Co. Kildare for an IT Systems and CRM Manager to join on a six-month contract.

This company relies on a connected set of IT systems, including a CRM platform, to support the people it works with. They're now looking for someone to take ownership of those systems, making sure they're reliable, secure and working for the teams using them day to day.

It's a hands-on role covering:

• First line IT troubleshooting and support for staff, plus keeping the systems roadmap and documentation current
• Owning the CRM platform, including access, configuration and driving adoption across the organisation
• Keeping data quality, reporting and system integrations in good shape
• GDPR, cybersecurity and business continuity basics
• Managing relationships with IT and software suppliers, including contracts, licences and value for money

What you'll need:

• 4+ years in IT systems or network admin with end user support experience
• Some CRM platform exposure, happy to learn the specifics
• Confidence dealing directly with suppliers and holding them to account
• Solid grasp of GDPR and general information security practice
• Comfortable working independently and knowing when to flag things up

Part time, 20 hours a week over five days. Hybrid, two to three days onsite. Mornings or afternoons preferred but open to discussing what works.
