BI & AI Senior Analyst

Location: Dundrum, Dublin – Fully onsite, 5 days per week

Salary: Up to €80,000

We are looking for an experienced BI & AI Senior Analyst to play a key role in developing Business Intelligence, Data, Reporting, Process Improvement and AI capabilities within a growing organisation. This is a senior individual-contributor position, combining Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, AI and Digital Transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Operations, HR, Procurement and Senior Leadership to improve reporting, optimise business processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption. The role will have a strong focus on the Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Business Central, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Copilot and ChatGPT, alongside other BI and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

BI & Data

• Design and enhance BI, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reporting and management information.
• Support financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Develop data models, data pipelines and transformation processes.
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, SharePoint and third-party systems.
• Improve data quality, governance and reporting standards.
• Develop self-service reporting capabilities using Microsoft technologies.

AI & Automation

• Identify practical AI opportunities across the organisation.
• Support the implementation and adoption of Copilot, ChatGPT and other AI technologies.
• Develop AI-enabled reporting, forecasting, automation and knowledge-management solutions.
• Create reusable AI prompts, templates and business solutions.
• Support responsible AI governance and measure the business value delivered through AI.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Document current and future-state processes.
• Produce process maps, workflows, functional specifications and user documentation.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Support testing, UAT and implementation.

Project & Transformation Delivery

• Support BI, Data, ERP, AI and Digital Transformation projects.
• Coordinate project activities, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Work with vendors, consultants and technology partners.
• Support training, business readiness and technology adoption.
• Maintain project and solution documentation.
• Track project outcomes and benefits.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience across BI, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Data Architecture or Digital Transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong BI development experience, including data modelling and dashboard development.
• Experience with Power BI and the wider Microsoft data/BI ecosystem.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience delivering or supporting technology transformation projects.
• Understanding of AI, automation and emerging Microsoft AI technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
