Role Description: The ServiceNow Platform Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Libertyville, IL. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, defining integration patterns with existing systems, and overseeing platform configuration and customization across modules. The architect will guide development teams with best practices, conduct architecture and design reviews, and ensure performance, security, and compliance of the ServiceNow environment. The role also involves creating technical documentation, mentoring team members, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficient use of the platform.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Architecture, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Hands-on background in System Architecture and Integration, including defining integration patterns and implementing data flows between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Software Development related to ServiceNow (e.g., scripting, configuration, customization) and familiarity with modern development practices.
• Experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead, including work across core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, or similar enterprise workflows.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Architect-level certifications) are highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, enterprise security, and governance frameworks, with the ability to embed best practices into platform design.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
