Join our team as a (Senior) IGA Consultant (m/f/d) - Okta Identity Cloud — either on-site/hybrid at our locations in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or flexibly remote from within Bulgaria.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure Okta Identity Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with customer requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications.
• Oversee the entire Okta implementation lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation, following best practices and methodologies.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and provide regular updates, ensuring clear translation of needs into technical solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and debugging for complex issues; customize Okta integrations with third-party applications using Java, SQL, REST APIs, and collaborate with product engineering and operations teams for effective resolutions.
• Lead technical discussions, proof-of-concept activities, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with client expectations.

Skills and Experience

• IAM Experience: a couple of years of hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud in designing, developing, customizing, configuring
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Cloud Security, Java/J2EE, SQL, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories (LDAP)
• Domain Knowledge: Expertise in IGA, including User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Auditing, Access Certification, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Customer & Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage directly with customers for requirement gathering and expectation management, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver technical presentations and documentation.
• Preferred Skills: Certifications in Okta and other IAM technologies that demonstrate advanced proficiency and deep expertise in the field.
