Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers, product managers, customer support, and partners to ensure high-quality product delivery.- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.- Design, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.- Perform manual and automated testing for backend systems, APIs, databases, and distributed services.- Identify, analyze, track, and report defects, including root cause analysis of failures.- Conduct testing for new features and document test scenarios and expected behaviors.- Advocate QA best practices and improve overall test coverage and product quality.- Perform performance, security, and scalability testing for backend services.- Lead big data QA testing, automation framework setup, data comparison scripts, and release process improvements.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of QA engineering experience, with strong expertise in backend testing and automation.- Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing across the full testing lifecycle.- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript, with experience in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.- Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, microservices, CI/CD, and SDLC.- Familiarity with QA efficiency tools, AI/LLM, performance testing, and security testing.- Experience with StarRocks, Kafka, and big data QA environments is a plus.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.- Fluent in English with good communication and collaboration skills.- Experience with Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr, and familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes preferred Why Binance • Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem • Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure • Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment • Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning • Competitive salary and company
