We're partnering with a well-established industry leader seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Technology Finance to lead the strategy, optimization, and ongoing evolution of their Oracle Fusion Finance environment.

In this high-impact leadership role, you'll partner closely with Finance and IT leadership to drive ERP initiatives, improve business processes, and lead a team responsible for supporting critical financial systems.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead Oracle Fusion Finance initiatives across modules including:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)

✅ Drive ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations

✅ Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions

✅ Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization

✅ Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance requirements, and audit standards

✅ Manage ERP projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications

✅ Mentor, develop, and lead a team of ERP analysts and technical professionals

What We're Looking For

✔ 8+ years of ERP, Financial Systems, or IT Finance experience

✔ 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Finance experience

✔ Prior leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives

✔ Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformations

✔ Deep knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, reporting tools, and cloud-based ERP environments

✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills

Preferred:

• Oracle Cloud Financials certifications
• Bilingual Spanish/English
