Are You Ready to Join LC Waikiki’s Digital Transformation Journey?

With more than 1,300 stores around the world and a strong presence in 60 countries, we are on an exciting journey guided by our philosophy: “Everyone Deserves to Dress Well.”

Beyond the world of fashion, we are pursuing ambitious goals in technology and digital transformation. As LC Waikiki’s Digital Transformation and Information Technologies Department, with more than 850 professionals, we are shaping the future by putting innovation, collaboration, software engineering, and AI at the heart of everything we do.

Through Agile and Product ways of working, we continue to become a more efficient, dynamic, and collaborative organization every day.

At the same time, we are building an AI-first engineering culture where ERP professionals do more than analyze business requirements. They understand the business domain, design the solution, use modern development and AI tools, contribute to software development, and take ownership of solutions from an idea to working software.

For this role, we are looking for someone who combines Finance and ERP expertise with a strong technology and builder mindset — someone who enjoys understanding complex business problems and turning them into simple, scalable, and working solutions.

What Do We Offer?

Our projects go beyond retail, covering a wide range of digital and enterprise technologies.

  • The opportunity to contribute across the end-to-end lifecycle — from business needs and solution design to development, testing, release, and continuous improvement.
  • The chance to take an active role in local and global D365 F&O Finance transformation projects, working across ERP, data, APIs, integrations, and automation.
  • The opportunity to build prototypes, integrations, services, and applications alongside commercial ERP platforms and in-house solutions.
  • An AI-first engineering culture where you can experiment with Generative AI, AI agents, agentic coding, and vibe coding to reshape how Finance and ERP solutions are designed, developed, and operated.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an ERP Finance Consultant who can bridge Finance, ERP, and Software Engineering, turning business needs into practical technology solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with D365 F&O / Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance and strong understanding of Finance processes in ERP environments.
  • Experience in ERP implementation/transformation projects, including business process analysis, functional solution design, fit/gap analysis, testing, and implementation.
  • Strong interest in software development, automation, APIs, integrations, data, cloud, and AI.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, with the ability to use them for coding, prototyping, debugging, and solution development.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one application, prototype, automation, integration, API/service, script, or internal tool is highly valued. Familiarity with agentic coding or vibe coding is a plus.
  • Understanding of software development fundamentals such as APIs, data structures/models, version control, testing, and debugging; experience with SQL, Python, Power Platform, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile/Product environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Finance & ERP

  • Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of D365 F&O / Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance modules across domestic and international projects.
  • Analyze Finance processes and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, including As-Is / To-Be and fit/gap analyses.
  • Evaluate requirements against standard ERP capabilities and promote a standard-first / clean-core approach, redesigning processes where needed.
  • Prepare functional analyses, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, data mappings, and solution designs.
  • Design scalable and sustainable ERP solutions considering business value, user experience, integrations, data, maintainability, and technical debt.

Solution, Software & AI

  • Take ownership beyond functional analysis and contribute to the implementation and development of solutions.
  • Translate business rules into technical structures and contribute to applications, APIs, integrations, workflows, reports, and automations using appropriate low-code or software development technologies.
  • Work closely with Product, Architecture, Development, Data, Integration, UX, and business teams.
  • Apply Generative AI, AI Agents, Intelligent Automation, and AI-assisted development to Finance and ERP processes.
  • Use AI tools for prototyping, development, testing, debugging, and problem-solving, and develop Proof-of-Concepts to validate ideas quickly.
  • Experiment with agentic coding and vibe coding while maintaining security, quality, maintainability, and enterprise standards.
  • Consider data security, authorization, accuracy, human oversight, and AI governance when designing AI-enabled solutions.

Integration, Data & Quality

  • Analyze ERP integrations, cross-system impacts, APIs, events, batch/file integrations, and data flows.
  • Contribute to data migration, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
  • Define and execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end testing, and support UAT and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to root-cause analysis, debugging, test automation, and continuous quality improvement.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in ERP transformation, migration, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
  • Contribute to Build vs. Buy vs. Extend decisions and ERP/platform roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, improve user experience, and increase efficiency through automation and technology.
  • Evaluate solutions based on efficiency, process time, cost, error rates, automation, and business outcomes, while continuously exploring emerging technologies.

What Awaits You?

  • A collaborative and inclusive team culture,
  • The opportunity to work with the latest ERP, cloud, software development, and AI technologies,
  • An environment where you can combine Finance + ERP + Software Engineering + Artificial Intelligence,
  • Opportunities to build and experiment, not just analyze and document,
  • The chance to contribute to both global ERP transformation projects and new capabilities developed in-house,
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities,
  • Employee discounts on LC Waikiki products and more.
