Digital Transformation Senior Specialist

Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi which is one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding was established in year 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today became a global power which is the 1st in Türkiye, the 3rd in Europe and the 4th in the world in its field. Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Digital Transformation Senior Specialist" in our IT Team. The position is based in Altunizade, İstanbul.

Job Role Details

• Support the effective management of target process, system, data and enterprise architecture changes in alignment with business objectives, acting as a bridge between Digital Technology and business units.
• Track the planning, implementation, testing, go-live and rollout activities of digital, data and artificial intelligence projects end to end.
• Monitor project critical paths in line with the Digital Technology Management Control Tower approach. Track scope, timeline, cost, quality, dependencies and delivery status; proactively identify deviations and support the timely completion of projects.
• Support data quality, data governance, common data models and the single source of truth approach; promote data-driven decision-making and the adoption of analytics.
• Evaluate pilots, proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and innovative digital solutions based on business value criteria; contribute to the scalable rollout of successful solutions.
• Contribute to the selection, coordination and performance management of suppliers and system integrators; monitor the alignment of solutions and deliverables with organizational needs.
• Support the adoption of new digital solutions and ways of working across the organization; contribute to change management, communication, training and user adoption activities, and support the sustainability of the transformation.
• Monitor project KPIs and benefit realization; identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the creation of efficiency, quality, customer experience and sustainable business value.
• Support the governance mechanisms and operating rhythm of the transformation program; prepare progress, risk, decision and performance reports and presentations for Senior Management and relevant management meetings.
• Be responsible, within the scope of assigned authority, for understanding, implementing and contributing to the improvement of company policies and relevant management system documents, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, FSC, ISO 27001, CARB and ISO 14001.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering or related fields.
• Professional-level proficiency in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years experience .
