Customer, Senior Consultant / Consultant

We are seeking a Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our Technology & Transformation team. This role will drive Deloitte’s Customer Portfolio in the market, creating measurable value for our clients.

As a Senior Consultant / Consultant your responsibilities will include:

• Support clients in defining and delivering Customer & Supply Chain Strategy initiatives that address complex business challenges.
• Partner with iconic brands to translate business needs into strategic recommendations and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Analyze, design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, supply chain practices and business processes to enhance business performance.
• Support Process Transformation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric transformation programs and turn around programs across business functions.
• Evaluate business impacts, operating model changes and transformation outcomes to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate client workshops, gather business requirements and develop target operating models.
• Perform business process assessments, gap analyses and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Leverage knowledge of Supply Chain processes to support integrated customer and operational transformation initiatives.
• Work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams following agile delivery methodologies.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to project delivery from strategy through implementation.
• Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset while driving innovation across strategy and business transformation projects.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Supply Chain Strategy & Design projects.
• Experience in Process Transformation and business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including Order Management, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Experience in operating model design and business process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.

To qualify for the role we are looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain Strategy & Design, Customer Experience or Commercial Transformation projects.
• Experience in Process Transformation, Business Process Improvement or Operating Model Design.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes such as Order Management, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Logistics is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
