Work You'll Do
As a Senior Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:
- Owning end-to-end project delivery, including the integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams
- Leading full implementation lifecycle activities for assigned modules, including planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness
- Ensuring requirements traceability and key design decisions are documented, aligned, and executed consistently across teams
- Directing PMO operations, including governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables
- Coordinating prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and resolve cross-team dependencies
- Overseeing organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption and deployment readiness
- Managing project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, while serving as the primary client-facing point of contact
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience, including 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud (or comparable HCM/ERP) implementations
- 1+ years of experience managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors for mid-to-large implementations, ideally in a multi-vendor environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- PMP and/or Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2025 Implementation Professional certified
- Experience with managing delivery in a client-facing environment
- Experience with government or public sector clients
- Experience with FAR, task order management, and subcontractor oversight
