We are now looking for a senior technical professional who wants to work closely with our founders and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth. This is an opportunity to have real influence on how technology, AI and delivery evolve across the business.

About the role

This is not a traditional project management position focused on planning, reporting and coordination alone.

Instead, you'll act as a trusted technical partner to the founders, helping bridge customer needs, project delivery and technical execution.

You'll play an important role in connecting business objectives, customer requirements and technical delivery, helping ensure that ideas move efficiently from concept to implementation.

You'll work closely with customers, internal stakeholders and our engineering team in Kathmandu to ensure projects are delivered successfully while helping define technical direction across the business.

What you'll do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to the founders
• Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions
• Support and guide our engineering team in Kathmandu
• Drive technical discussions and architectural decisions
• Help scope, structure and prioritize projects
• Identify opportunities where AI can create value for customers and internal processes
• Ensure projects move forward efficiently and with high quality
• Improve ways of working, engineering practices and delivery processes
• Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders and developers

What we're looking for

We're less interested in finding someone who ticks every box and more interested in finding someone who combines technical depth with the ability to turn ideas into successful outcomes.

You have a background in software development and have gradually taken on greater responsibility across technical leadership, solution design, project ownership and customer-facing delivery. You're comfortable working with both business stakeholders and engineering teams, and you're curious about how AI is changing the way software is designed, built and delivered.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, Lovable, AI agents or similar technologies is highly valued.

You are likely someone who enjoys:

Also

• Fluent Swedish and English required. Ability to lead customer-facing discussions and workshops in Swedish is essential
• Must be based in Sweden with the legal right to work in Sweden.
