M365 Consultant (f/m/x)

Sii Sweden is expanding its Microsoft offering and is looking for an experienced Microsoft Consultant to deliver solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on Copilot and Power Platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft-based solutions, working closely with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. You will support clients in leveraging the full potential of Microsoft 365, including Copilot, Power Platform, and Power BI, to drive efficiency and business value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects, to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and the continuous development of Sii’s Microsoft offering.

Your tasks

• Lead the design and architecture of business solutions using the M365 tools, including Copilot & Power Platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Performing advanced business and technical analysis for Copilot & Power Platform solutions
• Supporting adoption and practical use of modern workplace and AI tools (M365, Power Platform & Copilot‑related initiatives)
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of solutions
• Guide and mentor development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring best practices are followed
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates in the M365 environment
• Lead the integration of M365 solutions with other systems and technologies
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Consultant/Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform
• Deep understanding of Copilot and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and its application in business environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design complex solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Copilot, Power Platform)
• Familiarity with other Microsoft solutions and their integration with Copilot & Power Platform
• Proficiency in English and Swedish
• Experience working with international or distributed teams
