SAP EWM Consultant with Japanese

As an SAP Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for defining and managing the architecture for SAP solutions on transformational projects. This includes aligning SAP solutions with business goals, ensuring seamless the integration of existing IT systems, and overseeing the overall design of SAP environments. You will work closely with business and IT leaders to optimize SAP capabilities and lead SAP transformation initiatives.

• 负责EWM系统的实施与维护。
• 与客户紧密合作，分析业务需求并提供最优的解决方案。
• 确保项目按时、按预算完成，并满足客户的期望。
• 提供与日常运营相关的支持与培训，确保客户能够熟练使用系统。
• 协助公司在未来3-5年内持续拓展日本市场，并支持后续的日本项目实施。

技术经验 (Technical Experience)

• 具备EWM系统（仓库管理系统）实施经验
• 如果没有EWM经验，需具备 LE 的相关经验，并有较强的学习能力和意愿，能够在一年内学习并掌握EWM系统。
• 如果没有EWM经验，需具备 SAP WM或其他仓库管理系统的实施经验，并有较强的学习能力，能够在短时间内学习并掌握EWM系统。

语言要求 (Language Requirements)

• 英语：读写无障碍，口语可以简单沟通。
• 日语：能够进行流利的商务沟通，能够与日本客户顺畅沟通并处理业务需求。

其他要求 (Other Requirements)

• 具有强烈的责任心和客户服务意识。
• 具备优秀的团队合作精神，能够在跨国团队中有效合作。
• 大多时间为远程办公，但是也有部分时间在日本工作，有意愿参与日本市场的开拓和项目实施。
