Cloud Project Manager

- Participate in the design and implementation of cloud architectures and controls in alignment with enterprise security and compliance guidelines.

- Assist in the testing and evaluation of new cloud-native services, tools, and deployment models to ensure scalability, resilience, and security.

- Recommend cloud products, services, and deployment procedures to enhance overall system architecture design.

- Document the design, operation, use, and expected outputs of AWS and Azure cloud environments.

- Implement new enterprise cloud solutions, services, and enhancements across Day 1 (deployment) and Day 2 (operations) activities.

- Resolve issues that arise during cloud deployments, migrations, and integrations.

- Identify opportunities to scale up and automate infrastructure and processes through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.

- Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and security gaps, and propose continuous improvements.

- Oversee the maintenance of cloud platforms, services, and associated automation tools.

- Develop and implement disaster recovery drills and simulation tests for critical workloads hosted on AWS and Azure.

- Provide leadership in the resolution of incidents, performance bottlenecks, and cloud operational challenges.

- 6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure deployment and operations using Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation Template / Azure Resource Manager.

- Proven experience delivering cloud solutions for enterprise and/or government sector clients in Singapore.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven delivery environments.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices for enterprise-scale deployments.

- Proven hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, covering both Day 1 (deployment, configuration, migration) and Day 2 (operations, monitoring, optimization, incident response) activities.

- Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates; proficiency in Python for scripting and workflow automation is an advantage.

- Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments, with Google Cloud knowledge considered a plus.

- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, agile, and DevOps-driven teams.

- Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical ability, and creative problem-solving in cloud deployment, security, and operations.
