We are currently looking for a Copilot Functional Consultant to join our Yokogawa Votiva Solutions team!

Role Description

The Copilot Functional Consultant will be a specialist in applying AI into Business Operations, responsible for driving productivity and efficiency across all departments within the enterprise by leveraging AI automation. This role requires a understanding of Microsoft 365 products and a forward-thinking mindset to continuously adapt and implement business operation changes.

Key professional responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI strategies to streamline business processes and increase departmental productivity.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Oversee the integration of Microsoft 365 tools with AI technologies to enhance workflow automation.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact on business operations.
• Design and manage AI-driven projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of AI tools within Microsoft 365 applications
• Monitor and report on the performance of AI implementations, making recommendations for further enhancements
• Optimize supply chain processes by leveraging AI to improve inventory optimization.
• Participate in full-cycle implementations: from Business Analysis, Solution Design, Configuration, UAT to Go-live and Hypercare.
• Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating solutions and providing consulting for potential clients.

Requirements

• Strong English speaking and communication skills.
• Proven experience in business operations and process improvement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and their use in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in cross-functional team leadership.
• A proactive approach to embracing change and driving innovation within business operations
• Experience in AI technologies is A PLUS.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O focus on Supply Chain Management implementation
• Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to map real-world processes into ERP systems.
