Implementation Manager

The Manager, Implementation leads a team of Implementation Specialists responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering high-quality software solutions for our customers. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, technical implementation, and customer delivery. You’ll be responsible for ensuring implementations are technically sound, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with customer requirements.

Your Role at Orange Logic:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Specialists
• Own the technical quality of customer implementations, including solution design, configuration, and deployment
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective, scalable system configurations and workflows
• Review configurations and implementation deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and maintainability
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges and implementation issues
• Partner closely with the PMO to align technical execution, resources, project timelines, and milestones
• Identify implementation and solution-design risks early and partner with the PMO to proactively address them
• Collaborate with Solutions Design, Product, and Engineering on requirements, technical constraints, and best practices
• Drive consistency in how solutions are designed and implemented across customers and teams
• Develop reusable solution patterns, implementation standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Promote technical knowledge sharing and contribute to stronger internal knowledge bases
• Support capacity planning across the broader Professional Services organization
• Ensure configurations, workflows, and customizations are properly documented
• Support post-implementation knowledge transfer to Customer Success and Support
• Participate in retrospectives and turn lessons learned into improvements for future implementations
• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and strong AI fluency across the team
• Recruit, interview, onboard, coach, and manage the performance and career development of team members

Ideal Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions in a SaaS environment
• 1–3 years of people management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of software configuration, workflows, and system integrations
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience managing multiple implementations, priorities, and technical workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality, consistency, and maintainability
• Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems or similar enterprise platforms is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
