Level: Technical Lead/Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Design comprehensive Java-based solutions that meet the strategic needs of the business. This includes defining system, technical, and application architectures.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development are followed.

• Project Oversight: Oversee the development process from conception to deployment, ensuring the architectural vision is executed accurately and effectively.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to understand their requirements and translate these into architectural designs.

• Innovation and Research: Stay updated on emerging Java technologies and industry trends. Assess and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Performance Optimization: Ensure that the architecture and applications are optimized for high performance and scalability.

• Risk Management: Identify technical risks and provide strategies to mitigate them during the architecture design phase.

• Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure that the software development lifecycle adheres to the stringent quality standards.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain architectural documentation and guidelines for software design and implementation.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or additional certifications in software architecture are preferred.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 5 years as a Java developer.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect/Technical Lead, designing and implementing large-scale Java applications
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of Software Architecture, System Integration, Performance & Scalability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good English communication, able to work directly with international customers and conduct technical discussions independently.
