Solution Architect (NodeJS/Angular) _ HCM

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.
• Lead the design of microservices, APIs, and system integrations.
• Establish technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for Angular and Node.js development.
• Architect, review, and oversee cloud deployments on AWS and Azure.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and project teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and support critical technical decisions.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, including solution architecture responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and Node.js.
• Solid experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS and Azure.
• Strong understanding of API design, system integration, cloud-native architecture, and security best practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms.
• AWS or Azure Solution Architect certifications.
• Experience working with international clients and Agile/Scrum environments.
