Cloud Solution Architect - Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect & Team Leader with deep expertise in DevOps and Security to guide our technical team, provide mentorship, and architect top-tier cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical & Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Cloud Architects using DevOps & Security best practices.
• Solution Design: Architect scalable, resilient, and tailored cloud solutions aligned with client needs.
• Technical Pre-Sales: Partner with sales to run demos, address technical objections, and craft winning solutions.
• Hands-on Delivery: Lead critical, complex client engagements end-to-end as the primary technical authority.

Requirements

• 2+ years leading technical teams.
• 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Sales Engineer.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with public cloud providers (Azure preferred).
• Strong hands-on background in Docker & Kubernetes.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Solid expertise in IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Deep understanding of Cloud Security & DevSecOps best practices.
• Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
