TCS Noida hiring for Technical Architect/Technical Lead Java Banking or Payments Domain !!!!!

Role: Technical Architect/Technical Lead Java Banking or Payments Domain

Experience required: 8 to 20 years

Location:- Noida

Required Technical Skillset:-

1. Deep Expertise in JavaEE architecture
2. Deep Expertise in cloud-native architecture and DevOps Practices
3. Experience in Java Application Design and architecture along with modern technologies like Apache Kafka, Container orchestration and microservices architecture.
4. Experience in Designing, developing and maintaining banking and financial applications.
5. AWS/AZURE Exposure
6. Experience using and developing RESTful APIs using JAX-RS, JSON
7. Good understanding of application security related frameworks like OAuth etc

Experience in Databases like Oracle / DB2/PostgreSQL

Must Have Skills:-

1. Knowledge of above-mentioned Technologies
2. Prior exposure to Customer-facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST
3. Willingness to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding
4. Experience in Defining and maintaining architecture standards and best practices
5. Exposure to Apache Kafka, Deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools along with hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration
6. Strong knowledge of cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud native services
7. Good analytical abilities
8. Good Communication skills
9. Awesome team management skills

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Defining Technical Solution Architecture of TCS BaNCS Banking Applications in the area of Core Banking / Payments / Digital Banking / Loan Origination
2. Engaging with customers in presenting , defending , enhancing the Technical Solution & Architecture
3. Leading a team to deploy TCS BaNCS Banking Applications in the IT Landscape of customers
4. Designing Interfaces between TCS BaNCS and other applications using the technology and frameworks
5. Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions and implementation strategies
6. Develop thought leadership related to technology and architecture in relevance of the domain – Core Banking /Payments/Loan Origination/Digital Bankinge.g. architecture for AI in banking etc
7. Conducts architecture reviews, code reviews and risk assessments
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
9. Coordinates onsite and offshore teams to keep track of deliveries.
10. Provide review on critical technical dependencies on the program
11. Monitor the gaps and make the right escalation to stakeholders
12. Responsible for Lifecycle Management activity for tech stack for TCS BaNCS and also responsible for any technology & Infrastructure upgrade
