- Microsoft Entra ID & Conditional Access
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Intune / Endpoint Management / MDM
- Exchange Online & Messaging Platforms
- Microsoft Security & Compliance technologies
- SCCM, device builds, patching and software deployment
- Strong project delivery and stakeholder management experience
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
