Senior Cloud Developer

🚀 We’re hiring: Senior Cloud Architect | Azure | Remote Romania

Are you a Senior Cloud professional with strong experience in Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture, governance and DevOps?

At Luxoft, we are looking for a Senior Cloud Architect to join an automotive project with one of the world’s leading car manufacturers.

You will help shape and implement a secure, scalable and compliant cloud foundation, supporting data and AI workloads through a modern Data Mesh platform and AI-ready services.

🔹 What you’ll be working on

• Shape the customer’s Azure cloud architecture and strategy

• Design secure, scalable and compliant cloud environments

• Build and automate cloud governance services

• Implement Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Work with Azure services, Fabric, Foundry, Purview and Azure DevOps

• Collaborate directly with customer business, development and infrastructure teams

• Act as a technical advisor and lead architectural discussions

• Produce architecture documentation and decision records

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate solutions across teams

🔹 What we’re looking for

• Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Azure

• Solid knowledge of IaaS, Azure Governance, Azure AD, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor

• Recent coding experience with Python and/or PowerShell; C# is a plus

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and tools such as ARM Templates; Terraform is a plus

• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Good knowledge of networking, TCP/IP and routing

• Experience with cloud security, compliance and risk management

• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders

• Fluent English
