SAP HCM Consultant

We are hiring a Senior HR Technology to lead target-state architecture and technical transformation across our end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Provide solution architecture and technical governance across the complete H2R landscape.
• Target-State Architecture: Define multi-year transformation roadmaps covering Core HR, Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, and Offboarding.
• Multi-Platform Integration: Design seamless, scalable solutions integrating SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECC / S/4HANA HCM, and ServiceNow HRSD.
• Process Transformation: Assess legacy HR systems and processes to identify optimization opportunities, integration risks, dependencies, and architectural gaps.
• Data Flow & Governance: Ensure robust integration architectures between cloud and on-premise HR systems and central enterprise applications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with HR leadership, business operations, IT security, and enterprise integration teams to translate complex business needs into scalable architecture designs.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven background as an HR Technology / SAP HCM Solution Architect delivering large-scale enterprise HR transformation programs.
• Deep functional and technical mastery in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC / S/4HANA HCM.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow HRSD and its integration into wider HR ecosystems.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes and underlying data models.
• Solid track record designing hybrid integrations connecting cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise systems.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills across both business and technical groups.
