About the job:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect with 6+ years of ServiceNow experience who can design and govern enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM. The candidate should have strong expertise in integration architecture, workflow/automation, enterprise architecture, security, and scalability, along with experience leading technical workshops and stakeholder discussions.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platforms and enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Proven experience designing ServiceNow architectures across multiple modules.
  • Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM.
  • Experience designing enterprise integrations and automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of architecture principles, governance frameworks, and solution design methodologies.
  • Experience leading technical design workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models and architecture governance processes.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (CIS-ITOM) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM (CIS-CSM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Experience with AIOps, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled operational solutions.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise integration landscapes.
