Are you a Python engineer who wants to build AI systems that actually make it to production?

We’re looking for an AI Backend Engineer to join a fast-moving AI engagement focused on multi-agent conversational systems, AI assistants, and next-generation enterprise solutions.

This is not a lab exercise or a POC sitting on a shelf. You’ll be working on production AI systems where requirements evolve, problems are complex, and engineers are expected to think, challenge assumptions, and help shape the solution.

What you’ll be working with:

• Python — production-level backend development, orchestration, and business logic
• Multi-agent AI — hands-on experience with Pydantic AI, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
• RAG — retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector search, chunking, and ideally code-aware retrieval
• Azure — Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure-hosted compute
• APIs — integrating AI backends with .NET/React applications
• AI observability — Pydantic Logfire or similar tools for tracing and monitoring agent behavior
• AI-assisted development — experience with Cursor or similar tools
• Static analysis / codebase parsing — a strong plus for AI systems that reason over large codebases
