Systems Architect

The Systems Architect will provide technical oversight for Salesforce and other system implementations, ensuring optimal alignment between business processes and technology solutions. This role involves assessing client needs, designing tailored solutions, and providing strategic technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex business requirements, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and consultants to analyze business requirements and design customized Salesforce solutions
• Develop detailed architecture designs including all relevant systems
• Provide technical oversight, ensuring best practices for Salesforce implementation and usage
• Ensure alignment with best practices including leveraging the latest features
• Lead technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure that solutions meet all security, regulatory, and governance requirements
• Maintain expertise on Salesforce advancements and technology trends to enhance client strategies

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce and other system implementation projects
• Expertise in system integration, workflow automation, and process improvement
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions effectively
• Salesforce certifications, such as Systems and Application Architect
• Experience with Salesforce AppExchange solutions and implementation
• Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and IPaaS solutions
• Background in data modeling, security frameworks, and compliance considerations
