Presentations Specialist – Investment Banking

Ongoing Temp | London

Previous experience as a Presentations Specialist, PowerPoint Specialist, DTP Specialist, Desktop Publisher or Presentation Designer within investment banking or financial services is essential.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Investment Banking Presentations Specialist to join a leading global investment bank. The role requires advanced PowerPoint skills, strong presentation-production experience and the ability to work effectively with AI and emerging technology to improve productivity, speed and workflow.

Working in a busy Presentations Services team, you will produce high-quality pitchbooks, presentations and marketing materials for bankers and other internal clients, often to tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities
  • Create, edit and format high-quality PowerPoint pitchbooks and presentations to corporate standards.
  • Manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy, quality and fast turnaround times.
  • Use AI, automation and workflow tools to support efficient presentation production and improve productivity.
  • Prioritise changing workloads and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Build strong relationships with bankers and internal clients, clarifying requirements and managing expectations.
  • Respond to quality and productivity feedback and continually improve output.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a global Presentations team.
Skills & experience
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong Word and Excel skills.
  • Previous investment banking or financial services presentations experience.
  • Experience producing pitchbooks and high-volume presentation materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Comfortable using AI-enabled tools and new technology within presentation workflows.
  • Strong communication, organisation and client-service skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
