Indexed description

To permanently secure Readiness To Learn’s (RTL) operational capacity by evaluating, codifying, and transition-proofing critical organizational systems. Working in close collaboration with staff to understand nuanced operational needs, the VISTA member will develop a comprehensive training workflow and resource manual for the Give Butter donor platform. Additionally, the member will evaluate, optimize, and institutionalize the digital filing system established by previous VISTAs to ensure long-term data integrity. Finally, the VISTA will design a sustainable, volunteer-run technology management system, complete with training tools. Readiness to Learn serves low-income children and families who face barriers to educational success and access to essential community resources. By strengthening technology, donor-management, information-sharing, and volunteer-supported systems, the VISTA will increase the organization’s long-term capacity to connect economically disadvantaged families with timely services and opportunities.
