Director, Digital Solutions

Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified Director, Digital Solutions This position will be a hybrid position.

The Fall Creek Director, Digital Solutions will help shape the future of digital innovation at Fall Creek. The Director, Digital Solutions will lead AI, automation, and emerging technology solutions that transform how we work and create meaningful business value.

What you'll do at Fall Creek:

In this role, you will help shape how Fall Creek uses digital solutions to improve the way our employees, customers, and partners work and engage with the business. You will lead opportunities involving AI, automation, digital workplace capabilities, and emerging technologies - turning innovative ideas into practical solutions that create measurable business value.

• Lead the development and execution of Fall Creek's digital solutions strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and implement opportunities involving AI, automation, digital workplace solutions, and emerging technolgies.
• Lead pilots, experimentation, and proof-of-concept initiatives from evaluation through implementation.
• Help establish responsible AI and automation practices across the organization.
• Develop digital solutions that simplify processes, reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making.
• Manage and prioritize the digital innovation portfolio based on business value and measurable results.
• Drive adoption of new digital capabilities through stakeholder partnership, communication, training, and change support.
• Partner with business teams to translate needs and opportunities into practical digital solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing global digital solutions team.
• Measure and communicate the business impact of digital initiatives.

What you bring to Fall Creek:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Digital Product Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and progressive experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital solutions, technology delivery, automation, AI enablement, product management, innovation, or related technology functions.
• Experience leading digital initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Experience applying AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve business processes, decision-making, or employee experiences.
• Strong understanding of digital product practices, user-centered design, automation approaches, AI governance, change adoption, and technology delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, analystical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building teams, developing talent, and creating partnerships across functions and regions.
• Ability and willngness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifcations:

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Relevant professional certifications in digital transformation, AI, cloud technologies, product management, automation, or project management.
• Experience working in global, multi-lotcation, or matrix organizations.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions, automation platforms, or digital workplace technologies.
