The Fall Creek Director, Business Systems & Solutions will be ready to connect business strategy with technology solutions on a global scale. What you'll do at Fall Creek:
In this role, you will lead the connection between business needs and technology solutions across Fall Creek's global organization. You will partner with leaders and teams across the business to strengthen our enterprise systems, improve processes, and ensure technology solutions deliver meaningful and measurable business value.
- Lead the Business Systems & Solutions function and global Business Analyst team.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Lead business requirements, process analysis, solution design, testing, implementation readiness, and adoption.
- Own the roadmap and continous improvement of enterprise business systems.
- Establish governance and priorities for system requests, enhancements, and technology investments.
- Lead enterprise application implementations, enhancements, integrations, and internally developed solutions.
- Identify practical opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business performance.
- Manage key software vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and technology providers.
- Develop a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused team.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and progressive experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, business systems, ERP implementations business analysis, technology delivery, or related technology functions.
- Experience leading and developing professional or cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, business analysis, business process design, systems integration, governance, and solution delivery.
- Experience leading ERP implementations, application enhancements, systems integrations, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience partnering with executive and business leaders to define requirements, prioritize technology investments, and deliver measurable bsuiness outcomes.
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled capabilities, automation, or emerging technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience leading global ERP implementations or enterprise business transformation initiatives
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience working in manufactoring, agriculture, biotechnology, life sciences, or other global operational enviroments.
- Experience working in global, multi-location, or matrix organizations.
