Senior Java Developer - Secure Code Specialist

Job Description:

The primary objectives of the Software Developer - Secure code job position requires the ability to write and review the code security of multiple programming languages such as Java, Type Script, dot NET, SWIFT and Kotlin. Understanding of Code analysis & trace to identify the SQL injection, XXS and deep understanding of the encryption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Secure code Assessment for multiple programming languages such as Java (Spring, Android) framework, Type Script, C# (dot NET framework), SWIFT and Kotlin.
• Perform Security Baseline Assessment for the used Encryption and Hashing algorithms in line with the international standard.
• Prepare the code build to debug and check the code issues.
• Ability to write scripts to automate repetitive tasks using Python or any other scripting language.
• Work with developers to provide secure code recommendation.
• incorporate security practices into each phase of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in secure code review tool.
• DevSecOps Automation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in development in Java (Spring, Android) framework and / or C# (dot NET framework) and background on the secure code
• Working knowledge of Security principles and techniques of securing the code.
• Understanding of cryptography principles
• Good understanding of network protocols and design
• Strong analytical skills and efficient problem solving
• Willingness to learn.
• Good English communication skills (written and oral)

Preferable Certifications:

• IT Technical Certificates in the development of above-mentioned programming languages.
• Any Secure code Certificates such as ECSP, CSSLP.
