Information Technology Project Manager - HR Systems

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager to support a variety of initiatives within the HR Technology organization. This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of HR systems projects, including application implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing HR technology projects, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery through detailed planning, stakeholder communication, and risk management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of IT Project Management or Program Management experience supporting HR systems implementations

Experience managing Learning Management System (LMS) implementations and/or upgrades Proven ability to drive complex projects from planning through completion

Experience creating project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and project documentation

Strong understanding of application implementation methodologies, including cutover and rollback planning

Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving stakeholder alignment

Strong communication and executive reporting skills Bachelor's degree

Ability to work onsite in Groton, CT

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

PMP

Certification Previous leadership or people management experience

Experience working in government or highly regulated environments

SAP SuccessFactors Learning experience

Pay Rate: $60 - $65/hour
