The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, including assessment, solution design, implementation, migration, testing, documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment support. Experience working with enterprise customers, financial institutions, and government entities is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, design, and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365 E5 and Office 365 services.
- Deploy and administer Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Intune, and Windows endpoint management.
- Implement Microsoft 365 E5 security and compliance capabilities, including:
- Microsoft Entra ID, multifactor authentication, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management.
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, and Cloud Apps.
- Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, retention, eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management, and compliance policies.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft on-premises infrastructure, including Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Services, Windows Server, and Exchange Server.
- Support Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and newer releases.
- Administer enterprise virtualization platforms, including Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware.
- Plan and execute complex migrations, including:
- Exchange Server to Exchange Online.
- Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Active Directory and file-server migrations.
- Physical-to-virtual and virtual-to-virtual migrations.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM, endpoint deployment, patch management, application distribution, and compliance policies.
- Design disaster recovery and business continuity solutions based on defined RPO and RTO requirements.
- Implement and manage enterprise backup, replication, recovery, and archiving solutions using Veeam and related technologies.( Optional)
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, identity, messaging, security, backup, and cloud-related issues.
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
- Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications covering tenant administration, identity, endpoint management, messaging, security, or compliance, such as:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- Previously earned Messaging Administrator Associate or Security Administrator Associate certification.
- Minimum of five years of hands-on IT experience as a Project Engineer, Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Customer Support Engineer.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft 365, security, cloud migration, and disaster recovery projects.
- Proven experience managing migrations for enterprise customers, financial institutions, and government entities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft hybrid infrastructure, identity, messaging, virtualization, backup, and security technologies.
- Ability to independently manage technical projects from assessment and design through implementation and handover.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, customer communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to provide implementation and escalation support outside normal working hours when required by project or migration activities.
