Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in the healthcare provider revenue cycle and extensive experience in architecting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role combines project management, technical architecture, and subject matter expertise to support sales efforts and deliver comprehensive RPA solutions to clients.
- Revenue Cycle Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the healthcare provider revenue cycle to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- RPA Architecture: Design and architect RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring they align with overall business processes and objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of RPA projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client calls, presentations, and proposals.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of RPA initiatives.
- Process Integration: Ensure that RPA solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing workflows, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior RPA developers, helping them understand the broader context and impact of their work.
- Candidate will be expected to obtain at least one UiPath Professional Certification during the first year of contract.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional hands-on technical experience (backend development, full-stack development, or infrastructure support) supporting enterprise users.
- At least 2 of the 3 below:
- 3+ years’ experience with object-oriented programming (.NET, C#, Python, etc.) or platform infrastructure support.
- 3+ years’ experience with on-prem and/or cloud infrastructure experience, including knowledge of infrastructure topics such as Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization, APIs, and Networking.
- 2+ years of experience with containerized deployments, including Kubernetes deployments into production experience.
- Experience with UiPath platform - platform infrastructure support and/or platform development.
- Experience managing UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio setup in an enterprise environment.
- Experience working in commercial healthcare IT environments and architectures.
- Experience working with healthcare organizations or other commercial sectors.
