Digital Transformation Manager

Role purpose:
Lead the hospital group's digital transformation portfolio to improve patient
experience, clinical workflows and operational performance through
technology, process redesign and sustained adoption.
Essential qualifications:
• Required experience 8+ years in healthcare IT or digital transformation, including 3+ years leading major initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated delivery of hospital digital programs with measurable outcomes; strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital information systems.
• Strong program management, process improvement, business case development and executive communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree; project management, change management or process
improvement certification; experience across multiple hospitals.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop the group digital roadmap with clinical and business leaders; prioritize initiatives using patient impact, feasibility, cost and measurable benefits.
• Lead delivery of electronic medical record optimization, patient portals, digital access, workflow automation and analytics initiatives across hospitals.
• Redesign clinical and administrative processes with department owners; standardize effective practices while addressing local hospital needs.
• Own project plans, business cases, budgets, dependencies, risks and vendor performance; report progress and decisions to leadership.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, training and adoption with clinical champions and operational teams.
• Coordinate integration, data quality, privacy, cybersecurity and clinical safety requirements with the relevant specialist teams.
• Measure adoption and realized benefits after implementation; resolve barriers and sustain improvements.
