Job description

• Design, build, and deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions, Lite Agents, Copilot Studio Agents, and advanced prompt architectures based on prioritized business use cases.
• Partner directly with internal business stakeholders (Consultants, Research Experts, and Executive Assistants) to capture real-world workflows and identify AI automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable low-code/AI solutions and bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.
• Test, iterate, and optimize agent behavior, output quality, and user experience based on user feedback.
• Support the agent build pipeline and collaborate with global Change Management teams to package validated solutions for firmwide rollout.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–8 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Low-Code solutions.
• Minimum 3–4 years of direct experience with Artificial Intelligence, specifically applied GenAI, Copilot integration, or Agentic AI development.
• Practical experience using Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
• Pragmatic builder mindset focused on usability, value creation, and scalable solutions rather than unnecessary complexity.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English.
