Your role as an AI Solution Architect

As our AI Solution Architect, you'll be the crucial bridge between clients, development teams, and business stakeholders. You'll translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring our AI-driven products deliver measurable results. You'll work with senior architect support on complex challenges while driving day-to-day project success independently.

What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities:

• Bridge business and technology – Act as translator between client requirements and development team specifications
• Lead workshops & discovery sessions – Facilitate client meetings to uncover use cases and business opportunities
• Coordinate with development teams – Ensure smooth communication flow, participate in sprint reviews, and validate technical deliverables
• Design AI solutions – Create RAG pipelines, define vector database architectures, and specify GenAI technology stacks
• Manage projects – Handle project planning, monitoring, and stakeholder reporting
• Deliver training & education – Conduct AI workshops for clients and internal teams
• Define success metrics – Develop KPI frameworks and quality assurance plans for AI implementations

What you bring

• Proven Track Record – Minimum 3 years as a consultant, analyst or similar strategic role.
• AI/GenAI proficiency – Strong understanding of AI models, including LLMs, RAG frameworks, and agentic workflows.
• Technical knowledge – Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, and CrewAI.
• Strategic mindset – Ability to translate business goals into actionable AI strategies.
• Strong communication skills – Ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Problem-solving expertise – Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering business value.
• Language skills – Fluent English and Hungarian for client interactions
• Adaptability – Thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments with emerging technologies
