I2P Digital Process Architect

What you will do with us

• Own the solution vision, roadmap, lifecycle, and success metrics for I2P and Finance AI tools.
• Lead the design, implementation, adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled I2P solutions.
• Act as the single point of accountability for the solution after go-live, ensuring stability, performance, and value realisation.
• Translate I2P and Finance business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions align with internal controls, compliance requirements, and Finance governance standards.
• Bridge Finance/I2P, IT, and external vendors to ensure shared understanding, delivery quality, and successful outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, training, communication, and change management activities.
• Monitor KPIs while also maintaining and prioritising a product backlog of enhancements and improvements.

What you will bring with you

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience delivering and owning complex solutions or products, ideally within I2P, Finance Operations, Shared Services, or process automation environments.
• Strong understanding of Invoice-to-Pay processes, with solid general Finance knowledge.
• Experience as a Solution Owner, Product Owner, Project or Process Manager, or similar role, with accountability beyond implementation.
• Hands-on exposure to automation, AI, or digital finance solutions such as workflow tools, OCR, ML, or analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to lead change management, adoption, communication, and stakeholder engagement across Finance, IT, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Product Owner of advantage.
