- 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience, including 7+ years in SAP EWM.
- Minimum three full-cycle SAP EWM implementations, including SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM.
- Strong configuration experience in inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, replenishment, and physical inventory processes.
- Expertise in warehouse structure design, handling units, RF framework, wave management, resource management, labor management, slotting, and VAS.
- Experience integrating EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP/PPDS, QM, TM, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation, WCS/PLC interfaces, conveyors, ASRS, robotics, and SAP Material Flow System (MFS).
- Experience with master and transactional data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Working knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP BTP integration patterns, APIs, IDocs, EDI, and middleware.
- Strong understanding of global template design, fit-to-standard workshops, and SAP Activate delivery.
- Experience in complex manufacturing environments; aerospace experience is preferred.
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization for the Helix transformation program.
- Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops and translate business requirements into scalable global warehouse process designs.
- Design inbound processes including ASN, goods receipt, deconsolidation, quality inspection, putaway, and cross-docking.
- Design outbound processes including wave planning, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping.
- Configure internal movements, replenishment, cycle counting, physical inventory, scrapping, stock transfers, and exception handling.
- Define warehouse organizational structures, storage types, activity areas, work centers, queues, resources, and RF transactions.
- Own integrations with MM, SD, PP/PPDS, QM, TM, Digital Manufacturing, automation systems, and third-party logistics platforms.
- Guide functional specifications, interface design, test scenarios, defect resolution, security roles, and operational reporting.
- Support data migration, mock cutovers, production cutover planning, deployment readiness, and hypercare.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate progress to business and program stakeholders.
- Proactively challenge non-standard requests, recommend standard SAP capabilities, and drive decisions focused on measurable business outcomes.
- Strong leadership, ownership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus across business, IT, and implementation partners.
- Proactive approach to issue resolution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and decision tracking.
- Experience managing onshore/offshore delivery teams in a large global transformation program.
- Ability to mentor team members and maintain quality, schedule, and delivery accountability.
