We are currently seeking an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to join our team. The candidates can be located in Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile or México.

Most architect roles on small engagements are advisory. This one isn't. In a lean team without a dedicated QA engineer, you carry the review function that makes the AI Engineer's and Cloud Engineer's work defensible. Your name is on the architecture document that the client will use to operate this system. That's real accountability and real impact

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture: data flow design, Azure service configuration patterns, and integration design across Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, OpenAI, and SharePoint
• Translate regulatory requirements into concrete technical decisions. Compliance is baked into every architecture choice
• Validate the Document Intelligence field mapping approach and output format before the AI Engineer builds further on top of it
• Author the monitoring framework design — extraction quality scoring, drift detection, bias review — that the Cloud Engineer will configure and that Client's team will operate after the engagement ends.
• Lead QA review of extraction accuracy against architecture requirements in Week 4. You're the bar the system has to clear before it goes to production.
• Produce the Solution Architecture Document: a compliance artifact, not just a diagram

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in solution architecture roles; prior healthcare or regulated industry delivery preferred.
• Deep, hands-on Azure experience across Blob Storage, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI, SharePoint integration, Azure Monitor, and DLP policy configuration.
• Azure AI/ML background. You've designed systems that use Azure's AI services in production, not just in proofs of concept.
• Experience delivering in regulated healthcare environments.
• The judgment to know when an architecture decision is also a compliance decision — and the confidence to say so.
• 5+ years in solution architecture roles; prior healthcare or regulated industry delivery preferred.
• Advanced English Skills (B2/C1)
