Lead AI SOLUTIONS Delivery Engineer

We're working with a Dublin-based company that's moving AI out of pilots and into real, governed production systems, and they need a senior pair of hands to lead the work. This is a hybrid architect-and-engineer role: you'll shape the designs and build them, all within genuine enterprise security and governance guardrails.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions, from architecture through to working software.
2. Build and deploy GenAI, RAG, document-intelligence and multi-agent systems in production, with guardrails and evaluation.
3. Integrate AI across the enterprise estate: SharePoint, Power Automate, Logic Apps and Microsoft Graph.
4. Apply secure-by-design patterns: private endpoints, managed identity, Entra ID RBAC and Key Vault.
5. Set the technical standard for internal teams, and challenge and guide delivery partners where needed.

Experience to include . . .

1. A real track record of delivering AI into production (not just pilots or proofs of concept), with strong hands-on Python and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
2. Genuine depth on the Azure AI stack: Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry, AI Search, Document Intelligence and Functions, plus Entra ID, RBAC and Key Vault.
3. RAG done properly on document-heavy sources: chunking, embeddings, hybrid and semantic search, reranking and grounding.
