What You'll Be Doing

Lead the engineering team from a technical perspective whilst remaining hands-on.

Drive architecture, engineering standards and code quality.

Work closely with Product to balance technical excellence with commercial delivery.

Champion AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices.

Improve SDLC, CI/CD and engineering tooling.

Mentor and coach engineers through technical leadership rather than line management.

Help shape the future direction of a rapidly evolving Salesforce-native platform.

What We're Looking For

Senior / Lead Software Engineer, Technical Architect or Engineering Team Lead background.

Experience working within a SaaS or Salesforce ISV / AppExchange product environment is nice to have.

Comfortable influencing engineering decisions.

Passion for building scalable products and continuously improving engineering practices.

Commercial mindset with an appreciation for product priorities and customer outcomes.

Interest in AI-assisted development and engineering productivity.
