Doc1/ EngageOne Technical Lead (CCM Technology)

Cognizant is seeking a CCM Technical Lead with Doc1/EngageOne expertise to design end-to-end solution blueprints for claims intake, adjudication, configuration, and communications. This role will translate payer business requirements into clear technical models for cross-functional delivery teams and oversee system integration.

In This Role, You Will

• Develop comprehensive solution architectures that meet business needs and leverage CCM Generic expertise
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and business objectives
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and pilot implementation
• Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend improvements
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into solution design
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance solution offerings and drive innovation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Prepare detailed documentation of solution architectures and implementation plans
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• EngageOne Designer, Compose, Server, Vault Experience
• EngageOne Deliver and Digital communications (E-mail generation & management) expertise.
• Knowledge in EngageOne Interactive application
• Good knowledge in JAVA API’s and WebServices
• Basic knowledge in PCE scripting & Linux scripting

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $165,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
