Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Experience: 8–12 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Resident Solutions Architect (RSA) to work directly with strategic enterprise customers and design, develop, and deliver scalable fullstack applications and AI-driven solutions on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong expertise in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML integration, and cloud-native application development.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills to build enterprise-grade solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

  • Lead architecture and design decisions for enterprise applications and AI-driven solutions
  • Design secure, scalable, and high-performance systems aligned with customer requirements and best practices

Application Engineering

  • Develop fullstack applications including:
    • Backend services
    • Frontend interfaces
    • API integrations
  • Build scalable enterprise applications leveraging Databricks and cloud technologies
Data & AI Solution Delivery

  • Design and implement:
    • Data pipelines
    • Data transformations
    • AI/ML integrations
  • Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into enterprise applications
Customer Engagement

  • Work directly with customer teams and stakeholders
  • Understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions
  • Present architecture, solution design, and technical recommendations to leadership teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with:
    • Sales teams
    • Product teams
    • Field Engineering
  • Ensure smooth delivery from pre-sales through implementation and deployment
Reusable Assets & Innovation

  • Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and solution templates
  • Contribute to best practices and influence future solution patterns

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
    • Computer Science

    • Related field
