We are looking for an experienced professional to support a critical service transition and application support engagement in Chemnitz, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the client, incumbent vendor, and internal teams.
• Drive knowledge transfer and transition activities to ensure a seamless service takeover.
• Identify, track, and support resolution of technical, operational, and process-related issues.
• Define and align roles, responsibilities, scope boundaries, and RACI ownership across stakeholders.
• Ensure operational readiness by validating documentation, access requirements, support prerequisites, and handover activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to facilitate smooth transition and ongoing support operations.
• Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week, Chemnitz, Germany location)

Primary Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of:

• Java
• Node.js
• Database Applications
• Application Operations & Support
• Full Stack Technologies

Mandatory:

• Strong understanding of Application Architecture
• German language proficiency (C1/C2)
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

• Agile methodologies
• Migration / Transition project experience
