Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project mobilization experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technology projects through initiation, planning, execution, implementation, transition, and closeout.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and develop project plans and business cases.
• Lead project kickoff and mobilization, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, planning workshops, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage cross-functional teams involving business, technology, vendors, and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, risks, issues, costs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, RFPs, and third-party resources as needed.
• Develop project status reports and executive-level communications.
• Support change management, training, operational readiness, and transition activities.
• Ensure proper project closeout, documentation, and lessons learned.

Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience managing medium-to-large, complex projects.
• Experience managing technology, software implementation, enterprise application, or technology-enabled business projects.
• Proven experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with project planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Skills:

• Experience with business case development, feasibility assessments, solution evaluation, and project mobilization.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, RFPs, and third-party resources.
• Experience with ERP, EAM, utility operations, enterprise work/asset management, or other large-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience preparing executive presentations, recommendations, and project status reports.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
