About the Role

This is an on site engineering position based in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. You will work directly with experienced engineers, AI researchers, and product innovators to build a predictive, emotionally responsive mobile platform for mortgage lending and financial services.

Unlike traditional systems that rely only on historical data, our AI is designed to:

• Detect and interpret emotional states.

• Adapt workflows based on user sentiment.

• Deliver personalized, intuitive, human centered experiences.

You will help architect systems that combine deep learning, scalable infrastructure, and ethical AI while delivering commercial grade products.
