Zoho Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Zoho Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Zoho solutions for our clients. This role combines business consulting, system architecture, implementation, and project management to ensure clients get the most out of their Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis & Consulting

• Work with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Zoho solutions.
• Analyze existing workflows and suggest improvements using Zoho applications.
• Recommend best practices for Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho One, and other Zoho products.

2. Solution Design & Implementation

• Configure and customize Zoho applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop automation using Zoho Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho with third-party applications via API or native connectors.
• Ensure successful deployment and user adoption of Zoho solutions.

3. Project Management & Client Support

• Manage end-to-end project implementation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide training and documentation for clients to maximize Zoho adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications.

4. Strategy & Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date with Zoho’s latest features and updates.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising on Zoho’s capabilities and limitations.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting and API integrations.
• Experience in business process mapping and workflow automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certifications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages is a plus.
