Müller's Solutions is looking for a skilled ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic portfolio management solutions using the ServiceNow platform to help organizations align their portfolios with business objectives and drive better decision-making.

Your expertise will contribute to the optimization of project, program, and portfolio management processes, ensuring effective resource utilization and improved business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with enterprise strategy and governance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs for SPM modules including demand management, project portfolio management, resource management, and financial planning
  • Develop and enforce best practices and governance frameworks for effective portfolio oversight
  • Integrate SPM solutions with other ServiceNow modules and external systems to provide end-to-end visibility and reporting
  • Drive automation of workflows to improve process efficiency and data accuracy
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams and project managers
  • Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability standards
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow SPM capabilities and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Strong understanding of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in designing and delivering ServiceNow SPM solutions including demand, resource, and financial management
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow architecture principles, configuration, and integration techniques
  • Effective communication skills, capable of working with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • ServiceNow certifications relevant to SPM or ITOM are highly desirable
