In this role you will be responsible for:

Business Analysis and Solution Design

• Analyze and evaluate business, functional, and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Transform business requirements into robust Salesforce solution architectures that support organizational objectives and long-term scalability.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
• Assess solution alternatives and provide architectural recommendations based on business value, technical feasibility, risk, and maintainability.
• Define end-to-end solutions covering Salesforce products, integrations, data architecture, security, and operational processes.
• Demonstrate expert-level experience in defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end states, and delivering comprehensive solutions that enable the achievement of desired business outcomes.

Technical Architecture and Implementation Concepts

• Develop detailed technical implementation concepts and architecture specifications for Salesforce-based solutions.
• Define solution patterns, integration approaches, data models, security concepts, and automation mechanisms.
• Produce architecture documentation, technical design documents, and implementation guidelines for delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and governance standards.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and consistency throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Understand key design patterns, large data volume limitations, and applicable best practices.
• Be capable of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that ensure scalability, performance, and security.

Quality Assurance and Architectural Governance

• Review solution designs, configurations, developments, and integrations to verify alignment with approved architectural concepts.
• Ensure implementation quality and adherence to defined design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance for issue resolution and design improvements.
• Identify architectural risks and define mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and operational requirements.
• Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and data management.
• Accountable for driving architectural decision-making processes and ensure all architecture decisions are properly documented, communicated, and maintained.

Environment and Infrastructure Advisory

• Advise project teams and stakeholders on the setup and operation of Salesforce environments and supporting infrastructure.
• Define and review environment strategies, including development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Provide recommendations regarding release management, deployment processes, DevOps tooling, and CI/CD practices.
• Support the definition of backup, recovery, and business continuity concepts for Salesforce-related solutions and integrated platforms.
• Ensure that operational readiness requirements are addressed before production deployment.

Incident Management and Operational Support

• Provide architectural guidance for troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents and production issues.
• Support root cause analysis and the definition of sustainable corrective actions.
• Evaluate operational challenges and propose improvements to increase solution stability and service quality.
• Collaborate with support, operations, and development teams to ensure efficient incident handling and continuous service improvement.

Stakeholder Consulting and Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and technical teams.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technology organizations to drive informed decision-making.
• Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads on Salesforce architecture best practices.

• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and in a business-oriented manner.
• Experience facilitating workshops, requirements discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
